Reese Witherspoon bought my prints at the Mew Gallery!!!
She was in Philly to take a film in July(I believe) and stopped by the gallery.

What you see in nature

One day, you walk into a deep forest.
You see trees and leaves.
You eat blue berries and strawberries
But, you realize.
You lost your way.
You don't know where you are.
Then, you will see something. something in nature.....

I had worked on this piece since the middle of July. I could finish earlier, but I didn't have enough time to do it until now. well... enjoy!!

Strange day

I got a good news...then, I got a bad news...

IF: hollow (Alice and the Mad Hatter)

Oh!! the Mad Hatter!! You look crazy and you are crazy!!
but, I love to draw you :)

Well... I made this piece because "hollow" means having a hole!! It's Alice in wonderland! I also think that the Mad Hatter's character is "hollow" in some way....maybe it doesn't make sense for everyone, but I thought.... Thank you for asking me! I hope this answer will help.

My way

I got comments on my IF piece! That's exciting!!
OK, I wanna answer the one of the comments which ask me about my technic. I usually draw lines with pencils and color in Photoshop. I also use watercolor textures to apply a more organic feel.

Japanese umbrellas and Mt. Fuji

This is a little unusual piece I did. I wanted to make illustration about my culture. It was challenge for me, but I think that it turns out pretty good !!!

Open House Poster

Well... I like this piece (Dream House), but I was not sure that it was good for a open house poster or not, so I made another one... I wanted to put more clear message into the piece as a open house poster. But, I still like the first piece as well.

ELY show

I did children's book illustration for ELY show (Illustration senior thesis exhibition at Uarts). The story is from Swedish folk tales, and the story title is The boy who was never Afraid. I created a cover and three interior illustration.
